fastest way to cure ringworm?

I have had it for about two weeks and now just started doing all this about three days ago….spot os on right temple of face just off the eye
taking or using: melaleuca tea tree oil dabbing it on area. olive leaf extract, oregano drops, cod liver oil capsules, vitamin e capsules, echinacea, refrigerated probiotics, and antifungal creme.
How can i get rid of it fairly quick? 2-3 days
